Orders
- An order is a request. Sending the order form does not create a sale. Your order is only accepted when a member of our team confirms it with you.
- License check. We may verify your California retailer license with the state before we accept an order, and we may decline any order.
- Prices and stock. Prices, availability, minimums and delivery dates are confirmed when we confirm your order. They can change until then.
- Payment and delivery. Payment terms and delivery are set in your order confirmation or invoice.
- Compliance. All sales and transfers follow California cannabis law, including the state track and trace system.
Brands and trademarks
The Heart & Soul Distribution name, logo and the content of this website belong to us. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their owners and are shown with their permission. Please don't copy or reuse any of it without written permission.
Acceptable use
When you use this website, you agree not to:
- Give false information, including a license number that isn't yours.
- Send spam, use bots, or try to overload or break into the website or the order form.
- Use the site for anything illegal, or to buy or resell cannabis outside the licensed California market.
