Who we are
This website, heartandsouldistro.com, is run by H&S Distribution and Sales, doing business as Heart & Soul Distribution ("we", "us" or "our"). We are a California cannabis sales and distribution company that works with licensed brands and licensed retailers.

What we collect
Information you give us
- Order form: store or dispensary name, buyer name, email, phone number, California retailer license number, requested delivery date, the products, brands and quantities you order, and any notes you add.
- Meeting booking: when you book a meeting through Microsoft Bookings, your name, email, phone number if you give it, the time you pick and any notes. Bookings is run by Microsoft.
- Email and phone: anything you send us when you contact us directly.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you open and the date and time. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working.
- 21+ answer: when you confirm you are 21 or older, your browser saves that answer on your own device for 30 days so we don't ask on every page. It is not sent to us.
- No tracking: we do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics tools. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
- To receive, review, confirm and deliver your wholesale orders.
- To check that orders come from licensed California cannabis retailers.
- To schedule and hold meetings with our account managers and owners.
- To reply to you, send order confirmations and handle invoicing.
- To keep the business records California cannabis law requires.
- To protect this website from spam, fraud and misuse.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build profiles about you.
How long we keep it
We keep order and business records for as long as we work together and for as long as California law requires business and cannabis records to be kept. Information we no longer need is deleted. Server logs are kept for a short time by our hosting provider.
Security
This website uses a secure HTTPS connection, the order form has spam protection, and only our team can see the orders you send. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or passwords through the order form or by email.
Your California privacy rights
California residents have rights over their personal information. Where California privacy law applies to us, you can ask us to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and how we use it.
- Get a copy of that information.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete your information, except what we must keep by law.
To make a request, email info@heartandsouldistro.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will confirm your request, may ask you to verify who you are, and will reply within 45 days. You can also have someone you authorize make the request for you. We will never treat you differently for using these rights.
Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of. We also do not share personal information with other companies for their own direct marketing.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. This website does not track you across other websites, so there is nothing for these signals to turn off. If we ever add analytics, we will honor Global Privacy Control signals.
21+ only
This website is for adults 21 and over and licensed California cannabis businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has sent us information, email info@heartandsouldistro.com and we will delete it.
Other websites
This site links to other websites, such as our brands' websites and Microsoft Bookings. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Big changes will be pointed out on this page.
